Delete your account

Before You Start

Account deletion applies to the complete Velryq account and workspace. Export or save anything you need before requesting deletion. If you only want to stop QuickBooks or Stripe access, follow the disconnect instructions instead.

Schedule Account Deletion

1. Sign in to Velryq.
2. Open Account > Workspace settings.
3. Find Delete account and review the billing and data warning.
4. Enter the exact email address used to sign in.
5. Confirm the acknowledgement, then select Schedule account deletion.

The authenticated settings screen is the only place where deletion can be scheduled. This public page does not delete an account by itself.

What Happens Immediately

• The account and owner workspace are locked.
• Scheduled QuickBooks and Stripe recovery syncs stop.
• Recurring Velryq billing is canceled.
• Workspace data is preserved only for the 30-day restoration period.

Restore Within 30 Days

Sign in with the same account during the hold and select Restore account. Access to the preserved workspace and previously enabled provider schedules returns. A canceled paid subscription is not restarted automatically; a restored account must choose a plan again when ready.

Permanent Deletion After 30 Days

If the account is not restored before its exact deadline, Velryq automatically and permanently deletes the authentication account, related workspace records, connected-source tokens and imports, native Sales Docs data, stored business assets, and related application metadata. This cannot be undone. Third-party providers may keep records they independently process or are legally required to retain.
